Just Arrived For Testing: Kershaw Skyline 1760BRNCKT

The Kershaw Skyline has earned a lot of praise and a lot of fans (including Nutnfancy) since it hit the market several years ago. I just got one for testing, and as soon as I get some 1″ sisal rope I’ll put it through the Will Woods knife drill of newsprint, rope and corrugated box cardboard.

This particular version wears coyote tan G10 scales and a black DLC coated blade, making it the perfect fashion accessory for my coyote tan AK. What’s not to like about a US-made knife with a wicked-sharp Sandvik 14C28N blade, non-assisted flick opening and a weight of 2.4 ounces? I aim to find out.

  1. Absolutely love mine. Sharpens beautifully and holds it. Love the easy flick-open action, too. Mine is the standard basic black G-10 with a bead-blasted sort of finish on the blade. Compliments any outfit or gun. Great knife at a great price.
