Know Your Knife Laws #9: New Hampshire

This is absolutely the best Know Your Knife Laws that TTAK will ever be able to post. And the shortest . . .

Because New Hampshire has no knife laws. On May 18, 2010 New Hampshire abolished all laws restricting the possession, manufacture or carry of knives. And set the standard for every state in the nation. Live free or die.

Now, if they would just do something about their gun laws… Live Free or Die indeed.

  2. Duncan Idaho says:

Nifty. I’d like to see a comparison of New Hampshire’s rate of knife violence against a more restrictive state’s.

  3. Bob Damon says:

Nate, I live in NH, what’s wrong with the gun laws?
We have open carry, a shall issue, no restrictions on what you can own.
The Police Chiefs Association is in the middle of a gun a day raffle this month, even after intense pressure to cancel.

    1. Left Out says:

I beg to differ. Some chiefs don’t think we are a shall issue state, and choose to be anti-gun. It’s certainly the applicants that suffer.

  4. Left Out says:

Also, What about “Stand your ground”?

  5. Mark Horning says:

Um you could have just as short a post on AZ knife laws. Plus we have knife preemption.

    1. Chris Dumm says:

All in good time, loyal reader! I’m not even done with New England yet…
