Unless you’re Warren Beatty in Shampoo, there’s something a bit odd about playing with other people’s hair. Or watching other people play with their hair, unless you’re attracted to them. But if you’ve ever wondered whether ‘splitting hairs’ was more than just a turn of phrase, this video settles it.

For what it’s worth, our Ginsu Chikara santoku (currently being tested) has gotten the Japanese waterstone treatment, and it’s almost this sharp too.
