As we have documented previously, taking the last item of food can be a dangerous proposition. I was never a huge food-sharer, though with two kids I have had to learn to be better about it. I get a bit annoyed certainly when “a bite” or “a sip” turns into finishing my food or drink, but I am not about to get violent.

From FoxNews.com:

“According to police, five men were eating and drinking in an apartment when Perez Gonzalez took the last piece of chicken. Cardoso Rivera then became angry, started an argument, and eventually both men went outside to have a fist fight.

During the fight, police say Cardoso Rivera pulled out a knife and fatally stabbed Perez Gonzalez. He then fled the scene, but later returned and admitted to police what he had allegedly done.”

As an aside, can you actually admit to allegedly doing something?

  1. Thanks for including a picture of “chicken.” I forgot what it looks like. That was very helpful. Was that the actual chicken? or was that like a file photo or something?
