Video: I am sooo trying this on a trout.

When I cook a trout I simply gut it, drop some butter and salt and pepper in the cavity, and cook it in foil. I use my fork to slid the meat off the ribs, so the fact that they would remain present in a perch dressed this way doesn’t bother me. I am not positive that it would work, but I am anxious to try it.
