It seems like there are as many or more deals on knives for Cyber Monday as their are for Black Friday. So I am compiling another deal list for those who might be interested.
In some cases, online retailers started the other day and run their sales through Monday night. So please pardon me if I do some cut and paste from my Black Friday post where appropriate.
Here are some of the deals I have been able to dig up for Cyber Monday.
(Updated 10pm Sunday)
Sheriff of Baghdad: Even though the punch-dagger he sells is not on sale, I wanted to share since John “Shrek” McPhee is a friend of the blog. From now through Monday midnight all slings are 15% off, Women’s “Shut Up Hippie” shirts are only $5, and he has free gifts with purchases. Free Combat Bands for orders over $50, Boot-lace kit and “Shut Up Hippie” patch on orders over $100, and a free SOB khaki hat with the purchase of a training class.
I can speak to the quality of the slings, I have one of his QD B-slings and it is great. I also took his 1-day Carbine class and learned more about technique and form in 8 hours than I had in the 2 years I had owned my AR (post here).
BladeHQ: Blade HQ has a whole page dedicated to Cyber Monday, but the deals aren’t live at the time of this writing (Sunday Afternoon). I plan on updating this list during the day on Monday, but for the time being I recommend checking them out yourself. Many Black Friday deals are still active. They will be giving away free Shemaghs and titanium pocket tops with purchases over $59 and $119 respectively.
Update: It looks like the deals have gone live. The best deal, and the one I plan on purchasing myself is the Boker Kalashnikov Auto for $29.99 (retail 69.95).
They don’t make it easy to find their Black Friday Weekend/Cyber Monday deals, but as you can see they are offering free shipping on orders over $75 and a free Buck Bantam Viper for orders over $100.
Optics Planet: In addition to deals on optics, you can take an additional 11% off their already discounted prices on knives from CRKT, TOPS, KaBar, Boker, ZT and plenty more. Use Promo Code BLACK11 at checkout.
Bubba Blade: I have shared some videos of one of their reasonably-priced, imported fish-processing knives in action. They make other styles as well. I am intrigued by the 7″ Woody Hunting Knife for $39.95 ($69.95 retail)
KnifeCenter: Most knives on their Cyber Monday Sale page are between 25%-50% off. Notables include a CRKT Ken Onion Shenanigan for 38.95 ($59.99 retail), ESEE Izula for $69.95 ($110.50 retail), or a Boker Plus Kalashnikov 10 for $38.95 ($56.95 retail)
Cabelas: I would have mentioned more of what was happening at Cabelas on Friday if they had done a better job of making their site user friendly. Fortunately, they have published a “Cyber Week” page now, and it is easier to figure out what is on sale. There is an incredible deal on the SOG Field Pup – $14.99 (79.99 retail). Also of note is a Gerber EVO for $11.99 (39.99 retail), or the Kershaw 3/4 Ton for $9.99 ($29.99 retail).
As you can see from the image above, Williams Sonoma is discounting kitchen knives fairly heavily. Click here for their cutlery deal page. Among other things, they have the same 7-piece set of Wusthof Classics that I have used for 13 years of marriage for $299 ($593 retail).
DPx Gear: DPx is running their Holiday Sale through Monday. Discounts of between $25-$75 on many knives and other gear items.
Emerson Knives: Earn triple reward points now through Monday night. Use code: Thanks16
CRKT: 25% off site-wide through Monday night. Free shipping on all orders over $99.
KaBar: KaBar’s online store is offering a “Spend a Dollar, get a Dollar” promotion. For every dollar you spend, you get a dollar credit to purchase another knife. Runs through Midnight Monday night.
KnivesShipFree: If they are doing a big Cyber Monday sale, I haven’t been able to figure out the master list, but I did receive an email from them informing me that they have a selection of Zoe Crist mid-tech knives on sale .
Cold Steel: Tons of knives on sale through Monday night. Some notables: Recon 1 clip-point for $107.99 (169.99 retail), Recon Scout 0-1 steel for $125.99 (199.99 retail), or even an Italian Longsword for $269 ($469 retail).
Well, that is all at the moment, but I will keep looking and posting. Please send any deals you find to firstname.lastname@example.org.
