Nightly Knife Porn: Another random evening

A friend dropped by this evening, so I wasn’t able to come up with a theme. Thus, tonight is going to be another random assortment of knives from those we follow on Instagram.

I love the way the cat flows with the curves of this knife…

A cool shot by WE Knives…

Our buddy Big Chris…

Some great Damascus from Kim Breed…

A nice one from Microtech…

It has been a while since I have talked to Craig Nugent, owner of Empire Outfitters. I need to give him a shout.

Muteki Knives are made by Murray Carter’s apprentices, under his close supervision. Some of the best bang-for-your-buck kitchen knives from the shop of a Master.

Our nightly SharpByCoop shot…

'Standing our Ground' project! Stand up against poaching! @KnifeRights This AMAZING collaboration project was done in 2014 when the US was (is?) in hysteria over the ABUSE of ivory products. The miseducation and unfortunate laws about sources and sales of previously created pieces, and yet the willing policing of illegitimate poaching by our current artists needed to have a centerpoint to broadcast. . Conservationists were: Mark Knapp and Doug Ritter – Coordinators @markknappcustom @kniferights David Boone: Elephant ivory (no IG?) Don Hanson III, MS: Handle @donhansonknives Gary House, MS: Damascus steel (no IG?) Paul Long: Sheath (no IG?) Linda Karst Stone: Scrimshander (no IG?) Jim Cooper: Photography @sharpbycoop . This project was completed to ENSURE poaching and illegal ivory have no support. There are natural and long past sources for ivory, and we are doing our part to legitimize and educate.

I love the angle of this Smith and Sons shot.

That’s all folks. Have a great evening.
