New from Boker: Boker Plus Yurco

Achtung! Need a new fixed blade? The German toolmaker’s latest, the Boker Plus Yurco, is a real looker. From the beauty shot, above, you’d expect this 3-incher to be equally at home in the field or breaking down a duck in the kitchen. Check out that nicely jimped offset design. And talk about your deep bellies…Michael Moore after a stint at Golden Corral has nothing on this baby. Unlike Mikey, though, this thing’s kinda seksi. Press release after the jump . . .

Lakewood, Colorado (March 28, 2013) – Boker USA is pleased to offer the new Boker Plus Yurco.

Mickey Yurco from Ohio is known for his compact but effective cutting tools. The Yurco, with its bellied edge, not only fascinates hunters, it also has its place in everyday life with its impressive versatility. The strong full tang construction and Micarta handle scales make it incredibly comfortable in the hand, and the upswept tip and finely honed, satin finished 440C stainless steel blade allows for extremely precise cutting. The deeply checkered thumb ramp supports the superior grip. Includes a Kydex sheath with belt adapter. Blade length: 3″. Overall length: 6⅜”. Weight: 3.8 oz. Suggested Retail Price: $74.95.

The Boker Plus Yurco, model 02BO521, will be available for purchase through Boker USA,

Inc. Additional information can be found at

the boker rhino voxknifes is not so tactical / pointy but roughly in the same ball park while being a little cheaper

  2. Phydeaux says:

I got to meet Yurco at a knife and antique firearm show in Vegas several years ago. He’s always had very creative small knife designs. This looks like another great one.
