Knife throwing is a ton of fun. I reviewed the MTech Extreme Tactical throwers last year, and will probably pick up something new this winter. It is a good diversion when I am out in the shop and feel like procrastinating. (One.more.throw….)

At this year’s  IKTHOF World Championship (International Knife Throwers Hall of Fame) in Canada, Rog Jals, the purveyor of the YouTube Channel Epic Blade Time, set a new world record in Speed Throw, sticking 30 blades in under 20 seconds.

At the EuroThrow Championships which were held in hoplophobic England of all places, an American took top honors.

I can only imagine what would happen if one were stopped in the street with a case of throwing knives on the way to the competition. I think the Constable’s head would explode.

Apropos of nothing at all, Today I Learned that shuriken (“ninja” throwing stars) are illegal in England

    The better question should be what is legal in England? I wouldn’t mind reading a series that details what is legal in Europe and Asia come to think about it.

      1. I am not even close to a lawyer. That was Chris’s baby, and while I have asked, I don’t want to be pushy.
