The Menu Champagne Sabre is a unique and stylish addition to the oenophile’s collection. It is designed to fit cleanly in the user’s hand and slide smoothly along the neck of the bottle. It is certainly not an item of pure utility (at $149 it is pretty superfluous), but if you are performing sabrage you are looking to maximize your style points in the first place.
