An argument over a wet cell phone turned into an attempted stabbing in St. Louis last week. Maybe it was his brand-new iPhone 5C, because that would make it totally justified.
From the St. Louis Post-Dispatch:
Authorities say 24-year-old Trevor Wade Livingtston of St. Peters was at the home of an acquaintance Saturday when he found his cellphone in a small puddle of water on the kitchen counter. That prompted an argument with another man.
When a woman intervened, Livingston allegedly threatened to shoot the woman. Witnesses say he tried to stab her with a pair of scissors and tried to choke her.Livingston is charged with second-degree assault and jailed on $100,000 cash-only bond.
How many days minutes will we have to wait until we learn that Livingston was either a) on drugs, b) angry about his missing/stolen drugs, or c) off his prescribed medications/drugs?
I’m guessing “off.”
