Happy Thanksgiving everyone. While I will be sticking strictly to hand tools in my turkey preparation today, you can legitimately incorporate power tools into your turkey preparation. Or you can be like these guys:
Actually, while their efforts were a little bit chaotic, using a Sawzall to remove the backbone can be the first step to spatchcocking a turkey.
The Sawzall is not the only power tool option for turkey preparation. You can use an air compressor to make your turkey’s skin extra crispy.
Again, I believe simpler is better. Give me a knife any day.
Have a safe and wonderful Thanksgiving everyone. Be sure to send any Black Friday online knife deals you come across to thetruthaboutknive@gmail.com. I am going to start my running list of sales tomorrow evening.
