In a case of Prosecutorial Discretion gone completely right, a Cleveland woman is not being charged for repeatedly stabbing her boyfriend whom she discovered sexually assaulting her daughter. The man, and I use that term quite loosely, is being charged with “Rape and Gross Sexual Imposition”. Deservedly so. The woman should have castrated him.
The mother told police that she stabbed Parks six times after she found him naked on top of her daughter around 2:30 a.m., according to a Cleveland police report.
The girl told investigators that Parks had also touched her in the past, records say.
Police asked a judge to hold Parks on a high bond due to fears of retaliation against the victim and her family, records say.
Police also asked the judge to issue a no contact order between Parks and the victim, records say.
Parks suffered five stab wounds to his chest and one in the back of his head, a police report says. Officers found “lots of blood on scene” when they went to investigate, dispatch records say.
At least with a likely felony conviction for sexual assault on a child, Park’s punishment is only beginning.
